Jim Harrington Retires

This week our retirement flag flies for Jim “5-4-5” Harrington. Jim logged 23 years of service for the citizens of District 6, and during that time we’ve captured a lot of photos of Jim. Hard part was finding one where he looked serious. And for that, he will be missed!
