Fire District 6 offers the use of meeting rooms to the public at two of our fire stations. Station 61 located at 8800 NE Hazel Dell Avenue and Station 62 located at 11600 NW Lakeshore Avenue have space available for open public meetings consisting of non-profit, non-political, non-religious groups.
- Scheduling for meeting rooms may be requested by contacting the headquarters station at 360-576-1195. A form must be completed before arranging meeting space use.
- Prior permission must be obtained for cooking or serving of meals.
- Use of the public meeting rooms is restricted to the room and public restrooms.
- Meeting rooms may be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily
- The person making arrangements for use of the meeting room shall be responsible for maintaining order, ensuring vehicles are parked in marked parking areas, and returning the room to order prior to leaving.
- Fire District 6 reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the room is needed for its own use. However, every effort will be made to provide adequate, advance notice.
